- Children between 2 to 12 years sharing room with adult will pay 50% of the adult rate.

Accommodation -Accommodation and other meeting/conference rates will be availed on request. You will receive one complimentary ½ twin / double room (Bed – only Basis) for every 15 full paying guests to a maximum of 2 complimentary twin / double rooms per group. Prices -In the event of any increase or decrease of statutory taxes the Enchoro Wildlife Camp Ltd reserves the right to adjust all rates accordingly from the date of such a charge. Confirmation -Rooming lists must be received 7 days prior to the arrival of each group. If a rooming list has not been received 7 days prior to arrival, and no definite confirmation to use of space, the reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. Cancellation -In the event of cancellation or reduction in numbers made, unless otherwise agreed; Between 30 – 15 days from the date of accommodation 25% of the total bed night’s cost will be charged Between 14 – 08 days from the date of accommodation 50% of the total bed night’s cost will be charged Between 07 – 02 days from the date of accommodation 90% of the total bed night’s cost will be charged Within 48 hours of arrival or departure 100% of the total bed night’s cost will be charged. Payment -Payment can be made in either the currency stipulated in the contract or in Kenya shillings. If payment is made in Kenya shillings, the rate of exchange will be calculates at the prevailing rate on check in. All payments must be received in advance or prior to guest’s departure where the company/client has no established credit facility with the Camp. Government Law -This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and any litigation necessary to resolve disputes between the parties shall be filled in the courts located in Kenya, where such a dispute cannot be solved through arbitration.
